In 1973 Mr. Fouladi and a group of close associates founded Bornaa, which very soon made its mark as a dynamic and reliable consulting firm, later renamed Nargan after the landmark projects, Nar and Kangan refineries.
For nearly 4 decades Mr. Fouladi has presided over Nargan's growth, during periods of intense hardship and fundamental changes in the business and the market. He has shaped Nargan into a world class industrial EPC contractor with his wisdom, prudent leadership, and fiscal savvy.
Widely regarded as an outstanding engineer and technology leader, Mr. Fouladi was awarded the "Distinguished Engineer" designation by the National Academy of Science, in recognition of his invaluable contributions to the profession and to the oil, gas and petrochemical industries in Iran.
